Covid19 Information & Guidelines

May be updated as requirements/recommendations change

Physical Dis”DANCING” in effect 1m distance must be maintained.
Limited class sizes 10 per class.
Each student will have their own designated cubbys's to store their belongings.
Sanitize your hands when you enter the studio.
Increased studio cleaning and disinfection & bathroom cleaned before each class.
Masks are required for all students 10 years+. Students are not required to wear masks when engaging in physical activity.

Health Screening

ALL STUDENTS/PARENTS/STAFF/INDIVIDUALS MUST NOT ATTEND THE STUDIO OR CLASSES IF THEY ARE SICK OR ARE EXIBITING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS. If a student/staff or anyone in their household is unwell, the student/staff is not permitted to attend class.

Masks

Everyone entering and exiting the studio is required to wear a mask. Dancers/Teachers may optionally remove masks when in class and actively dancing – dancers will be physically distanced. Dancers and Staff will wear masks when going to the washroom & between classes. Please ensure your dancer knows the proper procedure for putting on & removing on a mask.

Limited class sizes & studio capacity

Each class will have a maximum of 8-10 students per class.

Class Attire

Please arrive to class in your dancewear ready to dance.

DROP OFF (Front or Back)

Please leave by the same entrance that you entered from.

Students age 9 & under must be accompanied into the building by one adult.

Students will wait in the waiting area until their teachers picks them up for class.
It is extremely important that you are punctual picking up students, as we do not want the waiting room filled up between classe

Schedule

We have scheduled 5-10 between classes depending on the size of the class.

Times may be adjusted if needed as guidelines are modified.

Increased Cleaning & Sanitization

We will sanitize all common touchpoints, ballet barres or equipment used between classes if needed. Washrooms will be cleaned and sanitized between classes. Facility will undergo additional cleaning and disinfecting after each day.

Students and parents are encouraged to wipe all items with sanitizer wipes e.g. shoes, water bottle, before & after coming to the studio.

Arrive "Dance Ready"

All students will come dressed, ready for class.

No outside shoes will be permitted in the studios. Shoes should be able to be put on independently by student.

For younger students who may have difficulties with pulling up tights etc. after using the washroom, feel free to wear leggings/dance shorts and fitted tank tops instead of a bodysuit & tights if needed.
