BIRTHDAY PARTIES

YOUR PARTY WILL INCLUDE

 *Party times subject to availability of our studio

· Animator/Teacher

· We set-up the table and chairs & we clean up

· We teach the routine, you pick the style (we can offer our advice)

· We provide the music, you pick the songs (we will have songs chosen as well)

· We play dance related games & give prizes

· We take pictures & videos

*One hour of fun dance games and choreography, followed eating, cakes and open presents.  *Exclusive use of both our studios, modern and fully air-conditioned, with dance in one studio and food set-up in the other studio.  

*Special gift for the birthday child from PMDS. 

*Special prizes to be one for your guests!

YOU BRING YOUR OWN     

* Refreshments such as cake, snacks, drinks, pizza etc

* Paper goods and utensils

* Special Party Favors and/or decorations

* A camera or video camera to record all the fun!

2 Hours min Dance Party

· 1 Hour of dance 

· 45mins party time (eat, presents, cake)

· 15mins parent presentation

PRICE

• PMDS Students
• $9.00 each per child
• + $40 Hour Studio Rental  

• Non-PMDS Students 
• $10.00 each per child
• + $50 Hour Studio Rental 

Minimum 8 students. After 10 dancers each additional $8

3 Hour Video Party (recommended for teens) 

· 30mins of dance

· 45mins party time (eat, cake, presents)

· 1hr 30mins make-up artist & photo shoot

· 15mins parent presentation

· Minimum 6 partygoers $250

.+ $30 Hour Studio Rental

. Each additional teen $25 each

*$50.00 Reservation Fee is required  for reservation and balance after the party.

*Cancellation must be made within 72 hours in advance or deposit will be retained. 

*In case of no show, the full amount will be charged.       

*Hosts are responsible for their guests per the terms of the attached release of liability. Hosts are also responsible for remaining with the children until they are picked up by their parents or appropriate guardians.

*Arrival time 30mins before the start of the party to set-up.

Late Policy

Please take into  consideration that when you book a party, you are bound to your time slot. If  your party should go over time, you will be charged an extended fee of $15 for every 15 mins. You have 15 minutes to pack up, as we will do all the clean up after the party.

Example

If your party ends at 3pm you have till 3:15pm to pack up after this time you will be charged.
